Keegan, owner of Hudson Training, has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2016. He has wide variety of experience for group exercise, including isometric strength training, TRX, and full body functional fitness. He does personal, small group, and virtual training for Hudson Training and other studio gyms in the Savannah Historic District.
Keegan’s favorite types of workouts are resistance strength training, mobility exercises, and agility. In his spare time, Keegan enjoys playing sports. He also loves to cook and experiment with new recipes.
His goal is to teach, motivate, and coach all his clients to reach their goals and achieve their healthiest lives. He enjoys merging his knowledge of food and fitness to help others learn the importance of eating healthy as well as getting the most out of their workouts. He believes small changes are important and can help you reach your personal goals.
